Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 30 days with everything switched on. No card needed. If you don't carry on, nothing is charged.
How do we pay?
We send an invoice in Fiji dollars each billing period. Pay by bank transfer, bank deposit or M-PAiSA using the invoice number as the reference. Online card payments are coming.
How is the price worked out?
Each plan has a base fee plus a small amount per active student, counted when the invoice is raised. Students who have left don't count.
Does it work on phones and slow internet?
Yes. Pages are light and work on any phone browser. Parents without smartphones get SMS.
Is our data safe?
Every school's data is kept separate. Passwords are encrypted, everything is backed up, and you can download your data at any time.
Can you help us move from spreadsheets?
Yes. Import students from Excel yourself, or send us your lists and we'll set you up.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and pay the invoice to carry on. Until then your data is kept safe — your administrator can still sign in to sort out billing.
